Bonus Arena's official ticketing services provider is TICKETMASTER you will notice on our event pages a link to ‘Book Tickets’, when you click here you will be taken straight to the Ticketmaster site to make your purchase. If you haven’t already done so, you will be asked to register with Ticketmaster, once you have done this, your account is active and ready for use.
Please be aware that if you don't buy your tickets from authorised outlets you run the risk of being refused entry to the venue or not getting a refund if the event is cancelled or postponed. If you choose not to use the ticket buying options below and are unsure of the legitimacy of a ticket outlet, we suggest you check the official artist or promoter website.
How to Book
You can book tickets online directly from the Bonus Arena website, search our What's On Sections for shows and once you have made you choice, simply click on the 'Book Tickets’ button on the event page. This will take you straight through to the Ticketmaster site.
You can also buy tickets for accessible areas of the venue online for all events (subject to availability). From the Ticketmaster booking page just select ‘All Ticket Types’ from the drop down menu on the right hand side.

The Ticketmaster App
An innovative venue designed for all, Bonus Arena prides itself on being accessible to everyone. Booking accessibility tickets has never been easier, this can all be done online via Ticketmaster. If you are able to or have someone to assist you, please visit Bonus Arena's Ticketmaster Page, select the event you wish to see and click on ‘All Ticket Types’ to select your required seating (ambulant or wheelchair) and any companion tickets (if required).
Our seating configuration is flexible so the wheelchair and ambulant seating locations will vary from event to event. It is usual for us to have several locations for you to choose from, for wheelchair users; at the front of the flat floor seating beside the stage, a raised platform at the rear of the floor and also locations in our balcony area.
Free Tickets for Companions
Where a patron with disabilities requires a companion to attend then the combined total cost for patron and companion will be equivalent to the full price of one ticket. This must be selected at time of booking before payment is made.
You have the option to book a companion ticket online at the time of purchase. If you are unable to book online please send a request with seating requirements and contact details to [email protected].
